- Combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, and crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more pineapple juice. If it's too thin, add more ice or coconut cream.
- Pour the mixture into glasses. Optionally, garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry on the rim of each glass.
Outdoor Cinema

Use a white bed sheet to create a projector screen and pick up a cheap projector online ready for a private screening of your teenager's favourite film.
Set up deck chairs, pillows and blankets outside and let your child and their friends get cosy while snacking on their favourite film treats.
